  1. Are these pictures of the Refresh Maxi Dress from Canada or the States? If these are from a US store can you share the location?

    1. So far all photos of the Refresh Dress are from Canada. If it ends up at a US store I will list that.

  2. Thank you :) I waited and now the Black/White stripe is all sold out on the US side :( The gray is still available in an 8 and a 10..leaning toward a 10 in this dress..what's your opinion LLM? Size up ? But I don't care for the gray as I feel it's too light ...

    1. I'd order the grey and just hang onto it until you know if US stores are getting all the colors in and to try it on for size. I know the grey hasn't been a favourite for a lot of people but I actually quite like it. It will pair really nicely with whatever colored cardigan or jacket, can be dressed up with jewelry and paired with any color shoe. It's a really nice neutral base for the type of dress that can be styled in a variety of ways.

As for sizing, if you are slim hipped the 8 should be fine but I know a LOT of people are preferring their size up in these and I too would have gotten my size up if it had been available. I guess it also depends if your size 8 items are loose fitting or more closely fitting. If 8's are looser on you then stick with an 8 in this dress.

  3. Thank you for the feedback and you are probably right, I will pull the trigger on the grey but may buy both the 8 and 10 to try and just return the one that doesn't work :)

    1. Thats a good idea. If you are able to order both and returns are easy for you I'd definitely try both on and see. Let me know what you think!

  4. Hi Lulumum -- Did you end up hemming any of your maxi dresses? I am borderline height (just about 5'4") and am wondering if I should try to shrink (hot dry) first? The dress is fine with high wedges, but would dra a bit with complete flats... Thanks

    1. Hi! no actually I found a solution that let me avoid hemming. I found these comfortable wedge sandals which I was needing anyways and when I wear them with the dress it looks perfect. I also found some slightly higher stacked flip flops that work but I like the look with these shoes.

    2. Great shoes. Also, have you tried washing the dress yet? Any shrinkage? As always, thanks for your suggestions!
