I made a quick stop at lululemon this morning and unfortunately my 4 year old was super uncooperative and she was impatient to get to the library so I don't have a ton of detail to share. There were two new Dance Studio Jackets in today, one in Bleached Coral, and the other Deep Zinfandel which seriously tempted me. I saw a new burnout material tank called Salutation To Savasana Tank, shown below, and its actually surprisingly nice on. It looked very Grecian and flowing and I liked the subtle snake skin like print on it. I could see myself getting that on steep markdown later in the summer. There was also an Ombre cotton tank in called the Satya, and 3 new Energy Bras in Pigment, Pigment Stripe and a new purple that reminds me of Rose Quartz. Its the same purple seen in some store pictures of the Every Yogi Tee which is heathered (maybe its Heathered Lilac Purple?). My store got that color in for the Every Yogi Tee as well today. We will see lots of pigment coming up I am told so I'm holding out for a Pigment Dance Studio Jacket. I already have the Cool Racerback in that color so I will pass on another one but I've always wanted a Pigment Blue Energy Bra so that is what I left with today.
Also in where new Scubas in Pigment, Pigment and White wide stripes, and Secret Garden.

Lovely reader 'Ms. A' shared a size comparison of the Deep Zinfandel Fluff Off Pullover in both her usual size and her sometimes size. She's between a 4 & 6 on everything and buys scubas in size 4 and last years Insulator Pullover she got in a size 4. Both felt comfortable but she opted for the size 6 in this instance for more layer room, although she can easily wear a Cool Racerback under the 4.
Deep Zinfandel/Wild Orchid Pure Balance Sweater.
I like this sweater but I'm really glad I returned it. There are so, so, so many great items out this month that I feel like I need to be super picky and edit my selections well.
Here is the Deep Zinfandel/Winter Orchid Pure Balance Sweater I tried on earlier today. The styling of all the product shots for this sweater are really designed to minimize how boxy it actually is.

My store had some new surprise items in today. The Solid Surge Cool Racerback is really nice, and made in Canada. I also saw two new Open Your Heart Long Sleeves, this Raspberry striped one and a black/grey striped one. The Pure Balance Sweater was in too and that one really, really tempted me in Deep Zinfandel reverse to Winter Orchid. I actually purchased the Pure Balance Sweater because I loved the color combo so much but then half way home realized that it looked pretty awful on me and I couldn't keep it just because of the color, so I returned it.
Open Your Heart Long Sleeve
I sized down in this one and am really glad I did because it relaxes quite a bit, almost a full size.
The first two photos of the Pure Balance Sweater (check out a readers fit review and photos of the Pure Balance Sweater here) are sized down to an 8 and it's still really loose fitting and boxy. The back hem is really long and entirely butt covering even sized down.
The reverse side is Winter Orchid (love the color) but the seams are Deep Zinfandel. I normally like the raw seam look in cottons (like the Open Your Heart LS) but I kind of hate the seams on the dropped shoulder.
Size 10, TTS Pure Balance Sweater was very big. It felt really billowy in profile.
Look at how long it is! Perfect to wear with leggings but my shape just can't pull off boxy tops.

Thanks again to 'Ms. S' for sharing a second picture of the new Yeah Yoga Tank in Deep Zinfandel. Not sure what the lighter purple straps are but the color code for it is 'WIOR'. She also mentioned she saw reversible Wunder Unders in Raspberry/reverse to Black.
Big thanks to reader Ms. S for sharing her store find. The Aria II tank (a retro Lululemon tank from around 2009) in the new November colors, Deep Zinfandel, Raspberry and Surge. Love these colors. She didn't care for the fit of the tank so didn't purchase but wanted to share the new colors.
Oh, and the holiday return period has begun so we now have until January 12 to make returns! Hooray!
An astute reader left a comment on my last post about the November Sneak Peeks video that the purple In The Flow Crops are probably Deep Zinfandel. The mens line just got this gorgeous Heathered Deep Zinfandel pullover today, so I'm thinking we may see something similar. Heathered too please! Also, I've heard that we will in fact be seeing Surge come in November and those Swifty LS's that were uploaded last week were not a one off. Also looking forward to the Heathered Inkwell Gratitude Wrap thats coming.
