Heads Up|Lululemon Up To 10% On Ebates

Heads up you guys! In anticipating of Black Friday, Lululemon's ebates is up to 10%! I'll be trolling the site constantly for the upload so if you want a heads up, sign up to my newsletter. I shoot an email out the moment the upload is up. Don't forget to use your ebates when checking out like I do at least 50% of the time.   2. Same here! There are a couple of things that I'll maybe look out for but won't be upset if I miss out. I had my first real terrible quality/customer service experience with them yesterday and it's kind of soured me. I had been waiting for the Brave the Cold jacket to come out in the Black Cherry colour so ordered it when it uploaded last week. Received it yesterday and really liked it except that one of the pockets was sewn weird on the inside...just not something that I would expect from a $300 jacket!!! And then when I called customer service I kept getting all the canned responses and it just really rubbed me the wrong way. I was going to have to wait until it shipped back etc. to get my refund (which makes sense to a point) but really annoying that I would have to sit on over $300 on my credit card for a quality issue!! If they looked at my account and saw the embarrassing amount of money I've spent there they would probably have some assurance that I'm not trying to rip them off!! It was just really disappointed to see crap quality in one of the most expensive things they are offering and then getting the "I"m sorry your package didn't arrive in the quality you were hoping for....". Seriously?!?!!? Sorry for the rant...was just really disappointed in the whole experience!!

      this need to seriously reverbiage their shmeal. It's like theyre saying the joke is on us if we "hope" to receive "normal good quality" items from them LOL because when I order a brand new unused item off their company website I totally expect to receive a sub-par quality item... lululemon is really living up to their name as of late... lemons all around!

In all fairness, that comment may not have been verbatim but it was definitely a canned response that showed she wasn't really listening - it just felt like they heard "issue with quality" so per my lululemon customer service employee handbook I am supposed to respond with carefully prepared phrase #15 - "I'm sorry......" :)
