  1. I tried on the Kris Cross in Raspberry. I didn't like the fit across the middle. I tried my TTS 6 and then the 8. The 6 was a tad tight (I don't like it when the shirt gets a line around it from the top of my WU). The top didn't lay smooth if that makes sense? The style was cute and seemed more like old Lulu, so I was a little disappointed. The 8 seemed too big, like it would make a good top to put over my CRB. But I wouldn't wear it on its own, it would have to be a second layer. The color was beautiful though! I like the ruching. Since it's kind of pricey, it stayed at the store. Nowadays, I have to be in love to drop that much on a top. I'd probably grab it if went to WMTM.

  3. Really not loving the swim material, nor the bust seaming. The contrast makes it unlikely to work for a lot of people. I have the Kanto Catch me 1/2 Zip, and while it has seaming, to me it seems a bit more contoured, and it doesn't contrast with the rest of the top. Too bad about this and the Runderful 1/2 zip with the color blocking.

  4. I liked the Kriss cross until I saw the swim material....why??

  5. Hideous 1/2 zip. Just awful. I have an old 1/2 zip from 5 years ago that is made better, looks amazing and is so slimming, every time I wear it I look 5 pounds slimmer. Won't get that here with this junk. Yesterday we got swimwear for an upload in December and the only thing I see nice here is the Strap it bra. One. big. sigh...

  6. Kriss Kross is an easy pass because of the bust seam, ruching (it's not nice ruching) and swim material. I have never been so underwhelmed by a half zip in recent memory. My most recent half zips are Base Runners and I love them. My oldest half zip is more than 5 years old and is thick, teddy bear soft rulu and is actually reversible: solid on one side and heathered on the other. Looks brand new. They do not make them like this anymore.

  7. In LLL's quest to come up with new designs they sometimes forget what the purpose of a winter pullover is all about, warmth and comfort. Too much seaming especially below the bust does not make for comfort and ease of movement nor does swim material cuffins entice me to buy this! I purchased the Kanto Catch Me Jacket and I really like it but they did something weird to the sleeve cuff. Instead of cuffins they extended the length of the top fabric to cover the top the hand but it doesn't keep my hands warm and doesn't completely cover my fingers. I know they were trying to come up with something different but technically the design fails to do what a Fall jacket should do and that is to keep your hands/fingers warm. Wouldn't it be wonderful if they would make a winter jacket or pullover with sherpa lined cuffins, sigh...

  8. Just got my blooming pixie run times. I can see why they sold out. They are beautiful in person, I didn't even order multiples to cherry pick pattern placement. :)
