New Mystery Singlet: Run Silver Bullet

No info on this singlet yet but I'll update as soon as I can. The ruching at the upper back (top right picture) makes me wonder what fabric this is. I'm almost hoping it's Pearl Luxtreme. I'm liking the feather print around the neckline too.
