Is This Poncho Stripe Scuba?

This is a new print that's popped up on FB thanks to an Australian Product Notification...I like this version of poncho print in more subdued colors.

This one is called 'MUPS' just like the Wish Blue/MUPS Stride we saw last week with poncho stripe print.
