I looked on the UK site and now I see that those are for the additional pockets..When you tried it on did you find the upper pockets hit you properly or in an odd spot?

DeleteDoes the bottom portion zip off? It looks like there is a ribbon hanging on the lower portion of the coat that may be attached to a zipper.
