Canadian stores got the Refresh Maxi Dress in yesterday and they are going fast. If you missed out last week when it uploaded you may want to try phoning stores to see if they have one in and are willing to deliver to you. I know Metrotown and Robson both do charge sends within Canada. I've used this service myself and my item was delivered on my doorstep the very next afternoon.
