Blog Update

I'm just tweaking my blog a bit in hopes of making it faster for you. I've changed the background and removed some clutter on the side bar since a few of you have very kindly let me know that pages where loading super slow for you lately - your feedback is so appreciated! I'm hoping these changes are what makes the difference for your load time so please let me know if you see in improvement in the speed, or if it has made no difference at all.
