Today Lululemon announced that Calvin Klein and Lululemon have reached a settlement agreement which resolves the pending design patent litigation. In case you hadn't heard, back in August Lululemon sued Calvin Klein over some of their designs which are similar to Lululemon designs (read here for refresher). The terms of the settlement have not been disclosed but the lawsuit will be dismissed as a result. I would think that if Lululemon means to discourage the many retailers out there that have copied their designs it would have been in their interest to have the settlement a public figure.
