I'm of the opinion with running skirts that you should go big or go home. Wearing a running skirt is already implicitly feminine so why not go allll the way with all sorts of pink ruffly bits (teeny bit sarcastic here). This skirt is actually pretty cute in a solid color, especially in Paris Pink, but the contrasted tiny ruffles embedded in the bigger ruffles makes this look a bit like an iced cupcake.
