Mystery Tank

This is an interesting new tank that just popped up. I like the satiny looking material that creates the ruffle at the top and in the back but I don't love that bust detail seam (marked in picture). I do like a cinchable drawstring at the bottom of a tank though. It almost looks like the ruffle is luxtreme and the rest of the tank is luon light.
