I'm not normally a Define fan but these were so gorgeous I couldn't resist them and so I brought them home to pay a little visit because I just couldn't decide which one. I'm not keeping these...or at least not the both of them but what I liked was the contrast stitching in the Lolo which is Power Purple but it sort of looks silvery in the light. That one looked really impressive on. And of course the Static and Senorita Pink combo was hard to resist, especially since I didn't end up getting that combination in the Stride. I also saw the Bon Voyage Duffel in Ivy but not the Fast in Flight. I found the Brisk Running Gloves and picked those up but that purchase was overshadowed by these ladies.
Then I went into another store and got one of my other latest obsessions which is the Raglan TNA long sleeve t-shirts from Aritzia. Here it is in a heathered purple/blue but I also got a heathered pink one. I wish Lulu would make long sleeve t-shirts like these ones because the quality would be so much better. But they are super soft and pretty affordible at $35 so I'm glad I got them. There meant to be loose fitting and can be worn off the shoulder for that "flashback" look. I like the loose fit, it makes it feel like a thin and silky sweatshirt and not so much a long sleeve t-shirt.
The grey is way more versatile. I want it except that I don't know if I like the define itself (on me).

ReplyDeleteI agree about the TNA top. It does feel short at times and it's an extra small and looks roomy so you can imagine how much roomier the small and medium were so I had to sacrifice the length. I like it with a CRB underneath when I wear it with these pants.
uh oh.. lulumum, if you have to choose, which one will you get - The Stride (Static/Senorita Pink) or The Define (Static/Senorita Pink)? Both are nice and I cannot have both, I still have the tag at the Stride Jacket. Help me, please.
ReplyDeleteStride!! I love the Stride jacket in Senorita/Static more than the Define. I like the Lolo Define better than the Lolo Stride though.

ReplyDeleteThat's funny, I was wearing the same aritzia top in charcoal today, layered over a CRB in pig pink. I went back to buy a wine color. Love those strides, I have the static/black. Still wish they would bring back the lux's though. I never saw the lola scuba at Market Mall Calgary today, they had the citron pencil scuba and grey but not the black. I really wanted to see the black since I ordered it online but the educator said they never got them in. I ended up buying the grey journey jacket.
