I broke down and ordered the Vintage Pink Studio Racerback off the US side of the website and went to pick it up this morning and I am really glad I got it. The Vintage Pink is nicely opaque and thick and slightly looser fitting than my other Studio Racerback. I don't love the Studio Racerback as much as my Cool Racerbacks but in a color I love and can't resist I will try it out. Vintage Pink is my top favourite lulu pink and I've been waiting forever for a Cool Racerback in this. I take a size 10 in Cool Racerbacks but I am definitely a 12 in the Studio Racerbacks since they are shorter and more fitted. I love this color for layering with a black/white classic stripe or greys.
layered under my Ravi Tee
That looks cute! Now I just had to order it. :)
ReplyDeleteI agree on both counts! You look wonderful. Moreover, although I prefer the CRB, I am resigned to accepting this Studio because of its color. Vintage Pink is such a perfect color. Thanks also for your hard work. :)
ReplyDeleteI am not much of a pink person but it looks so great styled with the colours and pieces you are wearing it with.
ReplyDeleteLove your pants!! Are they a cargo pant?
ReplyDeleteThanks!! no they are just boyfriend fit Banana Republic pants from a few years ago. I call them my Starbucks pants. I did pick up a cute pair of Cargos at Aritzia though but I'm not finding them online. They are from the new spring line and they are cuffed hemmed cargo pants.
DeleteHi Lulumum,
ReplyDeleteThe shade and fit of the Vintage Pink Studio Racerback look fantastic on you! I keep eyeing this tank online, as I can't seem to get over Vintage Pink either! I've never tried a studio racerback for fit, but may have to do so now. I'm curious to see how I feel about the cut of the back as well :)
I like the look of the back, but it doesn't pair well with any of my bras. I think its meant to look good with the Flow Y, or Ta Ta Tamer.
