The Scuba Hoodie: Detail Pictures

Colors available currently, all have the grey panel detailing.

zipper pull...boo! I don't mind it on the stride but not on the scuba hoodie please.

The logo looks  like silk embroidery

  1. I DON"T like the grey color combos, BUT I'm sure solids will come out with time. On the super secret upload of a couple of weeks ago (a big THANKS to the Lulu IT dept. ;-) ), the scuba featured was the solid oasis (or peacock...I think).

  2. These new scubas are very blah. I'm not a fan of colour-blocking, and these hoodies remind of something Nike was selling this spring/summer. Glad I picked up a couple of remixes this month in colours that I love.

  3. Ahhhh, that's right it was. I still think that was a deliberate mistake. How hard is it to post those things on a company only intranet system instead of the world wide web?

  4. The color blocking is figure flattering for sure, I just don't like it.

one thought on the secrete upload. sometimes they post in product notifications older models of things in the correct color so some details are different, such as the stride in oasis. it was an old stride that was all oasis with non of the river rock details or new stride detail.

  5. Their IT department just sucks with all of the mistakes that they make on a consistent basis. If it were my company...I would can them all. They must be cheap is all I can say (or related to Mr. Wilson).

There was a Scuba Shaped Hoodie too, that looked like the Half-Moon Jacket, but in cottton that we haven't seen in stores yet...

  6. Yah, my IT department kinda sucks too ;D

I think they just need to commit to either doing ecom or not. I don't think they have a clear focus just yet. A lot of it seems to do with it being a small warehouse that doesn't get the same attention as stores do. Right now there treating the Ecom site like they would a show room and not a store.

  7. ^^^and by doing so, they are missing out on $$$. They should have hit the ground running with a stellar website to begin with. My main issue, is that it has been over a year in operation and little improvement has been shown. You would think that they would go for the fabulous "guest experience" all the way around-not just in their brick and mortar stores. Bottom line is people still buy (myself included) off a "half-baked" site.

  8. I hate to say it but if the site improves on product availability, then the demand for resale (exchange/craigslist/ebay) would go down. I like being able to turn my wardrobe over. That being said I have to also say that I don't mark up my resale stuff to more than it's worth but it's nice that things can get sold in a reasonable amount of time. I feel less guilty buying new stuff.

  9. That's how I fund my new purchases too...I do keep what I love (like the original LE Remixes, Run Hills Pullovers, various jackets). I don't sell pants that I have used a lot because I think it's just kinda gross...

  11. On the other side, what about those of us who aren't so lucky to have a store close to them? I don't live anywhere near a store and rely completely on the website or GEC. I don't re-sell my clothing, I chose to donate instead so resale isn't important to me. I really hope they improve their website soon!
    JMHO :))

  12. Me too! I keep some stuff but my summery things I can part with. Jackets seem to be what I get most attached too. I have about 5 pants that I could sell but have only listed one of them because I hardly used it.

  13. It would suck to rely on the website alone for shopping as it is now.

I donate a lot of clothing, especially children's clothes which are outgrown very fast. But donating Lulu I could never do. I like it going to someone that is coveting that item and appreciates the find and is out looking for specific lulu items. It's a fun little community, kinda like kids trading baseball cards.
