Gather Dance Strap Bra
Oooh I like this one. But again it just goes to size 10. Now what on earth does breast size have to do with "athletic shaped guests more in line with our target". I don't get that at all. Plenty of size 4's can have bigger breast sizes and if this is anything like the layer me bra the size 10 is more like an 8 or a 6. This is a moderate support bra made of Luon, comes in Angel, White and Black.

This bra is adorable! But, if a size 10 fits like a size 6 or 8... then I won't be able to wear it. I am not huge in the bust area, but I don't want the band squeezing on my rib cage. Yet another lulu item I am missing out on.
ReplyDeleteI really like this bra, too! But with the way the straps are, I don't think it will go hidden under a racerback-style top, will it?
ReplyDelete@Becky, I'm going to try this on tomorrow to see how it fits. I Have the Layer me bra in a 10 and it's just too small in the boob coverage area for me to wear just yet. It's not so much that the band squeezes it's more the fabric area on the breast coverage is not wide enough.
ReplyDelete@Trisha, I think I saw this bra under the double layer tank and wondered what strapy bra she was wearing because it looked good. But I do think it will show.
Tomorrow If I can get out there I will try it on with a racerback style top to see how it fits and report back.
Looks very cute. I also liked the back of the layer me bra but found the coverage too skimpy (and I'm very small busted) and flattening. I think the ruching may work to "boost" the volume up a bit for us gals with small boobs.
ReplyDeleteHmm, well, I can open this up for a Guest Fit Review if anyone wants to write a post about this. You don't have to include a picture if you don't want to but it would be great to have a few different people comment on the fit.

ReplyDeleteThe problem with sizing like this is that it also excludes women like me who have a small ribcage, but larger breasts. if the band fits, the cups are too small, and vice versa.
